Kijana Mack is a co-founder of Latam Energy Advisors and leads the Project Finance and Capital Markets Group. He is responsible for sourcing and originating project finance transactions ranging between $50 million and $1 billion.

Prior to Latam Energy Advisors, Kijana was in the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s covering energy and infrastructure companies in the US and Latin America. He also spent six years in the Capital Markets Group at Cambridge Associates with a focus on private equity and natural resources.

Kijana holds a B.S. of Finance from Morgan State University and an MBA from Loyola University. He is fluent in Spanish and serves on the Board of Directors of Mexico Energy Partners and Energy Holdings International LLC.

Paola Moreno joined Latam Energy Advisors in 2018 and leads the renewable energy practice in Latin America and the Caribbean. Her group analyzes the regulatory policies and industry dynamics of power markets across the region.

Paola has a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management: Energy, Technology, and Policy from Stony Brook University. Paola also has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Colombia.

Paola has special expertise on issues related to climate change, renewable energy technologies, electricity markets, and energy policy.
